Discover Niagara’s most contemporary, state-of-the-art winery. Their knowledgeable &
friendly staff will take you on a unique & informative tour beginning in the vineyard and
guide you through every aspect of the winemaking process, from the fermentation tanks to
the Old World Barrel Cellar - learn the secrets of crafting exceptional wine.
Finish your tour with a structured tasting featuring 3-VQA Reserve Wines. After your
tour & tastings, visit the winery boutique to complete your Jackson-Triggs experience.

Palatine Hills Estate Winery
A warm welcome awaits you at this family owned boutique winery. The estate is uniquely
situated in Niagara’s picturesque Lakeshore region. Award-winning wines and ice wines
are made from the winery’s 300-acre vineyard with Vinifera plantings dating back to the
mid 1970's. Owners John & Barbara invite you to sample any of their fine wines including
their specialty Ice Wines. Pickup useful tips and discover new exciting wines to enjoy!
Caroline Cellars
To complete that perfect wine country experience, everybody enjoys a visit to this friendly,
family owned cottage winery. One of the newest additions to the Niagara winescape, this
charming winery takes pride in four generations of grape growing tradition, producing
quality VQA wines and Icewines, without sacrificing affordability. Guests are welcome to
tour the winery, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Vineyards as well as visit their Wine
Boutique & Special Events Loft. Indulge in the country charm of the Lakeit family while sampling any of their fine Wines or Niagara's "world renowned" ICEWINE.

To complete that perfect wine country experience, you will enjoy some “free time” in
Niagara on the Lake for shopping, lunch or just exploring on your own. The historic town
of Niagara on the Lake is full of Victorian & Georgian architecture, restaurants and shops
all restored and maintained to perfection as they were 200 years ago. If you’re looking for
some special gifts to take home to friends and family, the streets are lined with all kinds of
