of the Niagara River. On this 5-hour excursion through Niagara’s winelands you will enjoy
a visit to 3 award-winning wineries & experience several different wine samplings
displaying a delightful range of styles & flavours. To complete that perfect wine country
experience, you’ll visit a beautiful estate winery to enjoy a unique wine & food pairing
conducted by one of their expert wine consultants.
Your personal tour guide will be your designated driver for the day allowing you to relax,

Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery
Arrive at 11:30 AM at Niagara’s most contemporary, state-of-the-art winery. Their
knowledgeable & friendly staff will take you on a unique & informative tour beginning in
the vineyard and guide you through every aspect of the winemaking process, from the
fermentation tanks to the Old World Barrel Cellar - learn the secrets of crafting
exceptional wine. Finish your tour with a structured tasting featuring 3-VQA Reserve
Wines. After your tour & tastings, visit the winery boutique to complete your
Jackson-Triggs experience.
*Each guest will receive a $5.00 “Jewel Discount” towards Jackson-Triggs wine purchase.
Caroline Cellars
Arrive at 1:15 PM at one of the newest additions to the Niagara winescape, this charming
winery takes pride in four generations of grape growing tradition, producing quality VQA
wines and Icewines, without sacrificing affordability. Guests are welcome to tour the
winery, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Vineyards as well as visit their Wine Boutique
& Special Events Loft. Indulge in the country charm of the Lakeit family while sampling
any of their VQA Wines or Ice Wines only available at Caroline’s!
Peller Estates
Arrive at 1:45 PM at this very distinguished winery and explore Peller Estates Winery’s
reputation of excellence while enjoying a unique wine & food pairing experience. The
pairing of food and wine is perhaps one of life’s best partnerships. Each compliment each
other in ways which cannot be duplicated. Examine the components of wine and the
important role it plays. Chef Jason Parsons prepares hors d’oeuvres that illustrate how
wine and food come together in a simple, harmonious way.
