Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery
Arrive at 11:30 AM at Niagara’s most contemporary, state-of-the-art winery. Their
knowledgeable & friendly staff will take you on a unique & informative tour beginning in
the vineyard and guide you through every aspect of the winemaking process, from the
fermentation tanks to the Old World Barrel Cellar.
Learn the secrets of crafting exceptional wine! Finish your tour with a structured tasting featuring 3-VQA Reserve
Wines. After your tour & tastings, visit the winery boutique to complete your
Jackson-Triggs experience.

Strewn Winery
Arrive at 1:15 PM at Strewn Winery, renowned for having Canada’s only winery cooking
school and enjoy a tasting of their fine wines and then relax over a lovely three course
gourmet lunch at La Cachette overlooking the serene Niagara countryside. The friendly
ambiance is combined with delicious Provencal-inspired cuisine using the best local
ingredients, bringing the flavours of the Niagara region to your palate. It’s casual fine
dining in wine country at its best and regarded as one of the finest restaurants in Niagara!
Caroline Cellars
Arrive at 1:15 PM at one of the newest additions to the Niagara winescape, this charming
winery takes pride in four generations of grape growing tradition, producing quality VQA
wines and Icewines, without sacrificing affordability. Guests are welcome to tour the
winery, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Vineyards as well as visit their Wine Boutique
& Special Events Loft. Indulge in the country charm of the Lakeit family while sampling
any of their VQA Wines or Ice Wines only available at Caroline’s!
